Rage and Love is our ongoing series of sours. The base beer is a dry-hopped mixed-fermentation ale, but sometimes we like to play around with different fruit combinations as suits our fancy.
Rage is fermented with lactobacillus and then finished with our house yeast strain.
Very clean and bright citrus flavour.
